During my tenure as a company, I have traveled to different states using various modes of transportation. Especially about taxis. I've always found great room for improvement on every trip I've been on.

 

Apart from that, I am always impressed with the hospitality of the air ducts and the well maintained hotel offerings. The combination of the two cases above gave him this idea.

 

I belong to a middle class family looking for work. In middle class families, people are happy with a fixed monthly salary rather than taking big risks. As the eldest son in his family, I knew my desire was impossible to accept. But then all the family members supported him in raising the necessary funds to start.

 

However, as an employee, it was a difficult decision for me to take the risk and start my own business. On the other hand, things happening around always pushed me to start a taxi service. It took me almost 3.9 years to prepare for the first step.

 

I started doing market research by asking different age groups about the concept of the perfect mixed booth. Most people were impressed with my idea and appreciated me for quitting a high-paying job and building something of my own for the community. I later founded SMART Taxi in Ahmedabad with only one self-driving taxi and today we operate in 7 cities (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Jaipur, Pune, Indore, Bhopal).

 

We offer taxi services primarily focused on providing a high quality and premium taxi experience. We mainly offer this service to companies.
